At Irohas Photo, we want you to capture every moment with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all cameras and optical equipment. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process for returns and technical exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all lenses, batteries, chargers, manuals, and warranty cards that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is securely sealed to protect sensitive electronics.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
